On 27 September 2026, the CTAG WBCS Coaching Centre, Kolkata, under the Human Welfare Foundation (HWF), conducted a Mock Interview and Feedback Session for candidates who had cleared the Kolkata Police Sub-Inspector Examination 2023 and were called for the Personality Test.
The individual mock interviews were conducted by Mr. Rafikul Islam, WBCS Gazetted Officer (joined as Jt. BDO), and Mr. Asif Akhtar, WBCS Gazetted Officer (Current Posting as Kolkata Police Sub-Inspector). The session focused on assessing the candidates’ communication skills, confidence, personality, and overall interview readiness.
Following the individual mock interviews, a feedback and guidance session was conducted. The resource persons provided valuable feedback and practical guidance to help the candidates identify areas for improvement and face the upcoming Personality Test with greater confidence and preparedness.
