On 12th January 2026, the Human Welfare Foundation (HWF) organized a One-Day School Management Training Program for private (non-government) schools of North Bengal at the HWF Campus, Malda. The program was attended by 55 participants from 20 private schools, including school owners, principals, and senior administrators.

The training focused on school leadership, academic quality improvement, administrative compliance, team management, and sustainable institutional development. Sessions were interactive and practice-oriented, allowing participants to discuss real-world challenges and practical solutions.

The program was facilitated by Mr. Mechbahar Saikh (Former Consultant at UNICEF Kolkata, WB Sarva Siksha Mission & WB Shishu Siksha Mission), Mr. M. Sajid (Director, Vision 2026), Mr. Sharique Ansar (Manager, Education Programs, HWF), along with the State Team of Human Welfare Foundation (HWF).

A one-day Exam Preparation Camp was organized on 9th January, 2026 at Gyan Bikash Mission, Malda.

The camp aimed to support students through subject-wise guidance, doubt clarification, and last-minute exam tips and strategies.

- Azmir Sharif (Teacher, Kashen Ulum Senior Madrasa) guided students on Science subjects, while
- Md. Abdul Samad (Head Teacher, Shaheen Academy) covered Humanities.
- Arafat Ali (Teacher, Gazal Raniganj High School) conducted a session on Social Science.

In addition, Faruk Ahmad (Coordinator, CTAG West Bengal) highlighted important do’s and don’ts before examinations, focusing on preparation, discipline, and stress management.

The camp was interactive and beneficial, helping students approach their examinations with greater confidence and clarity.
