On 17th May 2026, a Career Guidance & Felicitation Program was organised at Girl's Welfare Academy for the students of Classes 10 and 12. Students from different parts of the region actively participated in the programme with great enthusiasm.

The programme was attended by several distinguished guests, including Mr. Obaidur Rahaman (WBCS Group A Officer), Mr. Kausar Ali (Teacher), Mr. Ahmed Ali (Teacher), and Mr. Faruk Ahmad (Career Counselor, CTAG), along with other respected dignitaries.

During the programme, the speakers guided the students on how to choose the best career options according to their interests, abilities, and future aspirations. Various career pathways, academic streams, and professional opportunities were discussed in detail. The speakers also shared strategic guidance and practical insights to help students make informed decisions regarding higher education and career planning.

The first two days of the National Career Trainers Training Workshop at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, provided a strong blend of academic insight and practical skill-building for career trainers and counsellors.
