On 22 August 2026, Human Welfare Foundation distributed Raftaar Scholarships to 62 candidates from West Bengal–South. The programme was attended by Mr. M. Sajid, Director, Vision 2026; Dr. Syed Atif Jilani, Assistant Professor, AMUCM; Mr. Imrul Ques, Project Head, Human Welfare Foundation; and Mr. Masud Alam, State Coordinator, Human Welfare Foundation.
As part of the programme, CTAG West Bengal organised a Parenting and Career Counselling Session for students and parents. The session focused on effective parenting, understanding students’ interests, abilities and aspirations, and making informed educational and career choices.
The programme aimed to go beyond financial assistance by providing students and parents with meaningful guidance and support. By combining scholarship assistance with parenting and career counselling, the initiative sought to empower students to make informed decisions and confidently pursue their educational and career goals.
